You may consider referring someone who:
Feels Lonely or Isolated
Someone who has limited social contact and would benefit from regular companionship.
Has Recently Experienced Loss
Individuals who may be struggling after bereavement, illness, or a major life change.
Lives Alone
People with little day-to-day interaction who would benefit from a friendly weekly visit.
Is Struggling With Confidence
Someone who may need gentle encouragement to regain independence and social confidence.
Benefit From Positive Interaction
Anyone who simply needs a consistent, compassionate presence in their week.
Is Open to Support
The individual should be aware of and willing to receive support from a volunteer.
